Terms of Service — Delta Cards
Last updated: 21/07/26
1. About Us
Delta Cards is a Pokémon card and collectables retailer operating from 45a Bell Street, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 7AQ, and online at deltacards.co.uk. By visiting our store or website, or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
We sell single cards, sealed product, and graded slabs (PSA, ACE, Beckett, and others). Product images are for illustration only — grading, condition, and specific card details will be described accurately at point of sale, but minor variations (e.g. print lines, centering) may occur naturally in trading card products.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely via SumUp. We do not store your card details. All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
4. Refunds & Returns
- In-store: Refunds are issued as store credit only, at 100% of the original purchase price, provided the request is made within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refund requests are no longer accepted.
- This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5. Graded Cards & Authentication
Graded slabs are sold as certified by the relevant third-party grading company (PSA, ACE, Beckett, etc.). We are not responsible for grading company errors, delays, or changes to a card's grade after resubmission.
6. Events & Tournaments
Play! Pokémon sanctioned events (League Challenges, prereleases, etc.) run at Delta Cards are subject to official Play! Pokémon Tournament Rules, in addition to any venue-specific rules we set out on the day.
7. Liability
Delta Cards maintains public liability insurance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods purchased, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g. death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
